So… What’s this Biscoff??! We have to admit, we had no idea what it actually was until only recent. But it is ABSOLUTELY our new fav! You have to jump on the bandwagon too and try this one! Pleasantly refreshing. Our mango cheesecake has a smooth, fresh, creamy mango finish. It sits on a bed of buttery, crushed digestive biscuits and provides a bit of jiggly fun on its lid - home-made mango jelly! We threw a few fresh mango pieces on the top and finished it off with some sweet passion fruit seeds and juice. Our Tim Tam cheesecake features 4 layers of ultimate chocolate perfection. The cheesecake sits on a ground floor of crushed chocolate Tim Tams. The beez-neez. When honeycomb stumbled its way into meeting our famous hedgehog - they were bound to be a match made in heaven! We played around with a few flavours and created this magnificent masterpiece! This guy has the consistency and same great fudgy-taste as our Chocolate Classic (Hedgehog) - only better! With each mouthwatering bite you will grasp large chunks of crunchy choc-coated honeycomb which gracefully dissolves in your mouth leaving you with the taste of sweet perfection. He has a crisp Cadbury chocolate shell coated in some staggered honeycomb fragments for a bit of extra pizzazz.
